A heralded single photon source is commonly benchmarked by brightness, purityof the heralded photons and indistinguishability of photons from separatesources. In this paper, we investigated the indistinguishability of micro-ringresonator heralded sources fabricated in the silicon on insulator platform. Wedemonstrated on-chip quantum interference of heralded single photons at telecomwavelengths, generated from two separate micro-ring resonators, and without anytight spectral filtering. The visibility of the quantum interference wasestimated as $71.89 \pm 3.11\%$ with 95\% confidence interval. In addition, weestimated the heralded single-photon purities from each source to be$86.20\pm3.89\%$ and $78.69\pm2.44\%$ by examining the second order correlationof the photon statistics from each source.
